We all care about improving air quality, that’s why as Leader of Westminster City Council I launched the #DontbeIdle initiative to persuade more drivers to turn off their engines when stationary. I will campaign for stronger powers to fine those who repeatedly pollute.I support the Government's aspirations to be carbon neutral by 2040. As your MP, I’ll encourage the Government to be more ambitious and move towards a zero carbon economy.
