Member of Parliament for the Cities of London and Westminster, Nickie Aiken, had a productive meeting with Westminster Citizens Advice CEO, Joanna Cains, where they discussed how they can better work together and make sure you have access to the resources you need.

Whether you have a question about what financial support is available to ease the cost of living, or want to get specialised advice on housing or immigration matters to name but a few, Westminster Citizens Advice has regular 'Advice Shops' available face-to-face or online. Please do get in touch. Nickie also hopes to hold pop-up surgeries in coordination with Citizens Advice across the Two Cities to bring information directly to you.

Local business owners across the Two Cities and households with communal heating are not protected by the Energy Price Cap and have already seen their energy bills in some cases skyrocket by 400%. Nickie has spoken out previously on this issue, and will continue to do so.

Nickie will also lobby the next Prime Minister to take immediate action to ease the pressures we all face this coming winter.

Find out what support is out there. Take a look at Nickie's Cost of Living Help Hub, and find out what support you may be eligible for from the Government, your energy company, your bank and building societies, as well as what other organisations are doing to help.

Please do not suffer in silence. Please seek help and get advice on what is available.
