Mind is an outstanding charity doing incredible work for so many across the Two Cities. They ensure we all have that someone to talk to.

Mind opened their first charity shop in Carnaby Street, and Nickie was delighted to cut the ribbon to officially open the store. She was really impressed with the pieces on offer and couldn’t resist buying a few things for herself! Please do pop in and support this fantastic charity.

As we marked World Mental Health Day last week, please do take time for yourself, and ask your friends, family and neighbours how they are. No one should feel alone and help is out there.
