Cities of London & Westminster MP, Nickie Aiken, has been working with the arts market industry and Government to ensure our arts businesses receive the support they need to continue to thrive.
Nickie met with senior representatives of the Society of London Art Dealers and the British Art Market Federation to discuss some of the challenges facing local arts businesses today, particularly small galleries and individual art dealers in the Two Cities.
Nickie welcomed their views on the implications of the anti-money laundering regulation introduced in January 2020 and she will be raising them with Ministers in Government.
