This morning, Cities of London & Westminster MP Nickie Aiken met with senior police officers, Chief Superintendent Helen Harper and Superintendent Mark Lawrence, from Central West Borough Command and other local MPs to discuss policing across Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham.
As well as discussing last weekend’s tragic stabbing and shooting incidents, the meeting also covered a wide range of other topics including the work the police are undertaking alongside local authorities to tackle noise pollution from super cars. Several arrests have recently been made and vehicles confiscated, in connection with the issue.
