Cities of London & Westminster MP, Nickie Aiken, had a fantastic visit with Rachael Farrington from VisitBritain on to the Great Scotland Yard Hotel to discuss the progress being made in delivering growth for our economy through tourism.
Nickie was impressed to hear that as part of their flagship ‘Showcase Britain 2024’ event, VisitBritain welcomed 120 international buyers from 18 markets for a series of educational visits across Britain. Great Scotland Yard Hotel was one of 12 businesses in the Two Cities to be showcased, and Nickie visited them to see their hard work for herself and learn about how they're encouraging visitors back to the UK after the pandemic.
