Leasehold reform meeting

The countdown to the King’s Speech has begun and Two Cities MP, Nickie Aiken, is ramping up her efforts to ensure that we finally have the long-promised Leasehold Reform Bill included.

As part of Nickie's leasehold reform campaign, she recently took the opportunity to sit down with representatives of Residents' Associations who have experienced major issues with their freeholders and individual leaseholders living across the Two Cities, as well as Harry Scoffin from Commonhold Now, to discuss what they want to see included in a Leasehold Reform Bill and how leasehold reform could work in practice in the Two Cities.
