The British Jewish Community makes up only 0.5% of the U.K. population but the contribution it has made to our country for the benefit of all of us is immeasurable.
Cities of London & Westminster MP, Nickie Aiken, is leading calls for the creation of a British Jewish History Month to celebrate the contribution of British Jews to the UK including in the arts and culture, science, commerce, politics, sport and general British culture.
Nickie continued to build the case with Government, and sat down with Baroness Scott, Faith Minister in the Lords, Margaret Hodge MP, and representatives from The Board of Deputies of British Jews and Jewish Leadership Council.
