^ Nickie brought the City of London Police Commissioner, Angela McLaren, on a walkabout of the Golden Lane Estate to hear from local people about their police priorities. Nickie also brought Westminster's Borough Commander and his team on a walkabout of the Vale Royal House estate following reports of antisocial behaviour taking place on the estate.

Nickie Aiken, Member of Parliament for the Cities of London and Westminster, wants to hear from you about your policing and crime priorities to make the Two Cities a safer place to live. Respond to her survey below.

Nickie has heard again and again from local people about the rising levels of antisocial behaviour and drug dealing taking place in your neighbourhoods across the Two Cities.

It’s time to act.

The Mayor of London is in charge of the Metropolitan Police, and thanks to Government action, the Met has been boosted with an additional 3,468 police officers since September 2019. But it’s clear from your stories that the Mayor has not put them on our streets! This must change.

The City of London Police has also been uplifted by an additional 198 officers and Nickie is working with the Commissioner to stamp out antisocial behaviour hotspots in the City of London.

The police do phenomenal work, and run towards danger to keep us safe. But Nickie knows how concerned so many local people across the Two Cities are about the lack of visible policing outside of major events. She's lobbying the Mayor and Westminster’s Borough Commander to refocus efforts to enhance the visibility of policing.

Nickie has launched her Policing and Crime survey to build a realistic picture of crime levels locally. Respond to her survey below and share your thoughts with her. Working together, the Two Cities will be a safer place to live.

Policing and Crime survey

Are you aware of a crime or antisocial behaviour taking place in your local area?
Have you been a victim of a crime or antisocial behaviour?
How safe do you feel walking around your neighbourhood during the day?
And how safe do you feel walking around your neighbourhood at night?
Are you happy with the level of policing in your neighbourhood?
The Labour Mayor of London has failed to tackle rising crime. What are the top THREE issues you feel our police should focus on locally?
