Member of Parliament for the Cities of London & Westminster, Nickie Aiken, has worked with local people to save our 24 bus from the Mayor of London's disastrous cuts. But since the Mayor made changes to other routes across London in April 2023, Nickie has been contacted by local people across the Two Cities about excessive waiting times, or buses suddenly terminating early in places like Victoria.

Bus 24 is timetabled to serve Pimlico as often as every eight minutes, but Nickie has repeatedly heard from local people and has experienced herself wait times of over 20 minutes.

That’s why Nickie Aiken has launched her Bus 24 Satisfaction Survey to hear from local people about their experience of our Bus 24. With your views and stories, she will take strong action to hold the Mayor of London to account. Take the survey at www.nickie.news/Bus24

Launching her campaign, Nickie said,

"I'm hearing from an increasing number of you about concerns regarding the 24 bus since the Mayor of London changed the timetable. Working together, we saved the 24 bus from the cuts that the Mayor was bringing in. But now I'm hearing that you are waiting longer and longer for buses, sometimes over 20 minutes, and also, it’s terminating at Victoria rather than coming into Pimlico.

"So, please, if you are experiencing problems with the 24 bus, let me know. Fill in the survey or write to me because we need to get the information so that we can go to the Mayor and tell him there are still issues with the 24 bus."
