Nickie's Bus 24 Satisfaction Survey

Waiting time for the bus 24

Working together, Nickie Aiken, Member of Parliament for the Cities of London & Westminster, and local people saved our 24 bus from the Mayor of London’s disastrous cuts. But since the Mayor made changes to other routes across London in April, local people across the Two Cities have contacted Nickie about excessive waiting times, or the bus suddenly terminating in places like Victoria.

Bus 24 is timetabled to serve Pimlico as often as every 8 minutes, but Nickie has repeatedly heard from local people and has experienced herself wait times of over 20 minutes.

With your views and experiences, Nickie took this matter up with the Deputy Mayor for Transport. He acknowledged there had been problems, but that these had been resolved. From continuing correspondence, and Nickie's own experiences, it's clear this is not the case.

Have your say and respond to Nickie's Bus 24 Satisfaction Survey below. With your views and stories, Nickie will take strong action to hold the Mayor of London to account.
